President Bush's approval rating has dropped to its lowest since he took office. According to the Pew Research Group, 53% approve of the job President Bush is doing as president. That is down from 86% just after Sept. 11th, 2001.
Looks like all those lies, soldiers continuing to die and not returning home, bad economy, etc. are catching up to him.
I'd say this was good news, but its not quite campaign season, thus approval ratings mean next to nothing. Its also not news to those of us who have known all along - he sucks.
Oh yeah, gas at the Kwik Trip was $1.64 today. Sigh.

30 days with Bush taking a few weeks off in Texas right before hand. How typical?
Posted by: bass on August 8, 2003 07:20 PMYou know... these articles all talk about new strategies for war and all that, but none talk about new strategies for diplomatic negotiations. No mention of the U.N. or any Asian alliances was given. That's just sickening. No wonder there's rumors about Powell and Armitage wanting to quit their State Department jobs. If we are going to go back and finish all our unsettled wars, we might as well go to Vietnam and South Carolina too. (I also reckon spottin' me some confederates in Sheboygan last week.)

Jebus. Just saw this movie. I know its on a completely un-related note. Mike, remember when we briefly talked about shooting something, if I could do one thing in my life, ever, I would want it to hold the effect that this movie had on me.
The awe and the anger I'm filled with is quite un-measurable.
