I can't get the portraits. All I see are little red, green, and blue boots (?).

Yeah, if you're using Internet Explorer on Mac, they won't show up because they are "BMP" files. If you use Safari, you should be able to see them. You're not missing much.

Also, you posted your comment on the wrong entry... not that it matters a lot.

Yeah, I noticed that after I sent it; can't edit after pressing Send!

You're right - S and I had a good laugh when we switched to Safari. Very funny!
